What can I say- I’m writing this email sitting on the terrace in the glorious sunshine! (something I doubt have done before).
I had an idea of the type of person I wanted to work with: someone with experience of working with Mot difficulties someone well qualified; female; and someone who practiced within walking distance of me.
I read quite a few profiles and shortlisted two or three – you were in the shortlist. I liked your profile because you met all my criteria, but also because you mentioned mindfulness, hypnotherapy and sense of humour. That made me feel like you would understand the bigger picture of my recovery journey from CFS and how the OCD came about, which seemed important. And I always like to work with someone I can laugh with – I find it hard to connect with people who are too serious.
After our first session, I felt really good about us working together. I liked you straight away (I know that’s an intangible thing that you can’t really plan for!). You also gave me confidence that you could help – by mentioning other people you had helped with OCD, and explaining the effectiveness of therapy. And I came away with homework on my first day, which made me feel like I was already taking some positive action.
I also like the environment. I didn’t know what type of place I was coming to, as I chose you rather than the place. It wasn’t a deciding factor but it is nice to come to somewhere light and airy and peaceful. It just adds to the the overall package of ‘nice experience with Natasha!’
I’ve never really felt understood like this before. Natasha just “got” me and helped me make sense of what was going on in a way that I couldn’t have on my own.
When I first came to you I was very pessimistic about whether anyone could make a difference to my situation, which was rock bottom. I wasn’t in control of myself and was very confused about what was happening to me.
Over our time together I have learnt so much about myself and generally feel happy with who I am. Without your help and support I don’t think that I would have got here. So please carry on doing such a brilliant job, you are very much appreciated.
Thank You. I had been working in a high pressure job just outside of London. At first I loved it, loved the busy days, loved the social side, loved the money and loved my life, I was lucky
But, I slowly started to become stressed, burning the candle at both ends was taking its toll. I ignored it to begin with but the physical symptoms became so bad that I started to take time off work. I accidentally got pregnant but was so happy. I couldn’t wait for the baby and to start our new life. Unfortunately I lost the baby at 10 weeks and I was left devastated, around the same time my mum became sick and I felt so overwhelmed. I decided to leave my job, return home and stay with my family for a while. It was then that I found Natasha. I didn’t know what I needed or wanted, I just knew I needed some support. She was so caring and supportive and even made me laugh on our first session (in between the crying). I decided to have 12 weeks of CBT & coaching. We talked things though, mapped out what had gone wrong, decided what I wanted and how I wanted life to look and she supported me in starting my journey on the right path. I’m protective of my health and my mental health now and no longer feel guilty putting myself first. I know what a good, balanced life looks like for me and I’m closer to that now than I have ever been. I’ve gone from feeling washed up and a failure at only 37 to feeling like my life has just begun.
Just WOW. When I came to see Natasha I’d been having counselling for quite some time.
The counselling had been good in that it helped me start to understand how all of my childhood experiences had impacted upon me, why I tended to worry a lot of the time and why (even though I was outwardly successful) I didn’t ever really feel good enough. This new understanding was great but I didn’t really know what to do with it. I understood it all but it didn’t stop me feeling the same. I wanted some practical help to move me on to the next level from understanding to freeing myself from it’s hold.
I opted for RTT and some CBT coaching sessions. All I can say is WOW. The RTT was so powerful and really helped me see how my parents had loved me but not really been able to show it at the time. I was able to forgive them, forgive myself and start to move on. I felt able to have an open and honest conversation with them for the first time and now our relationship is improving every day. We used our coaching / CBT sessions to focus on my worry and how to manage it. I did have to put in a lot of work and really challenge myself but I’m happy to say that I don’t worry half as much as I used to. I’m able to let my hair down a little bit and start to enjoy myself.
If you have the chance to work with Natasha, just do it. It’s really had a positive impact on my life and I can’t recommend her enough.

I am so happy that I came to see Natasha. It’s funny but I didn’t really ever identify with experiencing trauma.
At times during my childhood my father was mentally unwell and I often had to go to live with my grandmother. I also witnessed quite a serious accident where a child died when I was just 9. I always thought trauma was for people who had been hurt deliberately or been in a car accident or something like that.
Natasha helped me see that there doesn’t have to be blame in trauma and that people can be traumatised by accidents or by people that love them dearly. We are especially vulnerable as children. I initially just wanted help with panic attacks as the therapy I had with the NHS didn’t work for me. I didn’t link my panic with my past experiences at all. It seems obvious now but at the time I just didn’t make the connection. Natasha was kind and caring and she skilfully helped me link my past with my present.
We saw each other for 12 sessions and used a number of different techniques. We did rapid transformational therapy, and CBT coaching.
By the end my panic attacks had reduced significantly which was my original goal but also I feel so much lighter, so much more positive and so much happier. I didn’t realise all the weight I was carrying until Natasha helped me lift it off. I am so grateful for my time with Natasha and would urge anyone thinking of seeing her to at least book in one session.

Hi Natasha,
Here’s my testimonial!
When I reached out to Natasha I was struggling very badly with POCD. I could barely live my life with all the complex avoidances I had, I spent most of my day anxiously trying to combat and disprove irrational and intrusive thoughts.
Due to my fear being around something as taboo as paedophilia, I was far to afraid to go to a GP for fear of misdiagnosis. So I reached out to Natasha due to her specialty and experience with anxiety disorders like OCD!
Together we discussed and placed all my avoidances and compulsions in a hierarchy that we went through week by week. She supported me through any new fears that popped up through the ERP, and helped me fully understand how my anxiety works and how to keep it at bay. I told her things I never thought I’d be able to tell, which ultimately helped me get past OCD!
My life now is a million times better than before. I’m once again able to just enjoy life! I can watch movies, read comics, play video games, hang out with friends and just do fun things that I always enjoyed, but that had become very complicated due to my anxiety. Of course my OCD is still there and pops up every now and again. Both with old topics and new ones but through my work with Natasha I am able to quickly recognise a thought as OCD and just move on with my life. I think the most important thing I’ve learned is to not be afraid of fear. Just because something makes you anxious or afraid does not mean it’s worth your time. Not everything that might possibly happen will, and it does not need to be worried over so much. You’re just ruining your own day!
I would definitely recommend Natasha for anyone who is struggling with anxiety of any kind. No matter how terrible you think the topic is she’ll definitely be here to help!

I came to see Natasha because I was struggling with social phobia and found it difficult to do easy daily tasks such as going to the shop. She was very easy to talk to and I felt like she understood me and she really helped me. During sessions she helped me identify my negative thoughts and counter them and also helped me overcome my physical symptoms. I’ve made a massive improvement after seeing Natasha and I’m incredibly happy with the progress I made! I highly recommend her, she’s amazing!
Thank you so much for helping me, I’m very happy with my progress. :))

So I had an RTT session with Natasha and I must say it was amazing. I didn’t know what to expect as I’ve been to several therapists in the past years and no one could help me. I don’t have a “real” problem it was more like an overall feeling of not belonging, not feeling enough, not fitting in. Nothing tangible, just not right.
Under hypnosis- which didn’t feel at all like hypnosis, I was completely present but actually more aware of things. She took me back to several scenes, which I had always been consciously aware of but with her soft guidance and spot on intuition natasha helped me find the underlying issues and helped me understand what I was interpreting in to those events and how they influenced my perception of everything around me.
Now a week later, I still feel more at ease with myself and the world around me. Everything seem lighter, and I feel more capable and courageous. I believe in myself and my feelings, which I didn’t before.
Thank you Natasha, and anyone wondering if RTT is right for them or if Natasha can help you with your issue, I can definitely recommend it.

I had a lovely experience with Natasha, she is very lovely and puts you at ease.
The actual hypnosis in itself was very relaxing and it revealed some past events and gave me the power to overcome limiting beliefs.
I would highly recommend Natasha.

I had the privilege of availing an RTT session with Natasha. She is a consummate professional at what she does. I was very aware all the way through the session of how experienced, knowledgeable and gifted Natasha is a therapist and a beautiful human being into the bargain. Following the session, I felt a weight had been lifted. And i intend to listen to her amazing personal recording daily which I know will have a major transformative effect. Thank you Natasha

Speaking with Natasha, I realized she is very friendly, non-judgemental and grounded. This is a perfect recipe when you are about to delve into the secrets of your mind which are hiding and holding you back. Natasha gives 100% of her energy and focus, preparing for the RTT session by sending recordings after an initial consultation. She is very thorough and she easily picks up on details. During the actual session, she holds a safe space and which makes it easy to release suppressed feelings and / or events. A follow-up RTT session helps to anchor new habits and beliefs for the future. Natasha’s work is truly a package deal through which I felt started and finished gently – not something I would have expected from deep work such as this. I highly recommend her work.

I had a session with Tasha to focus on unplugging creative blocks. What happened in the session was absolutely phenomenal and it was all down to her ability to deal with me going completely out of the box. After some clearing, I ended up connecting to my intuition and receiving very clear messages about my true calling in life. Tasha is a beautiful soul, and I was able to connect with myself at that deep level because of her skill and expertise in holding the session… I knew I could fully trust her. On top of all of this, she is extremely empathetic with a calming voice and a heart of gold. I can recommend Tasha to everyone. Tasha, you are truly phenomenal at what you do💖

EMDR is amazing! Thoroughly recommend it.

I came to Natasha in mid 2020 when wearing a mask in public started triggering past memories of the time I was raped and I had my mouth covered.
Natasha was just wonderful. I had only ever told a few close friends about the rape but Natasha put me at such ease I was able to finally discuss it all. It was such a relief. I had blamed myself in a lot fo ways but Natasha helped me see that it wasn’t my fault and I was finally able to stop punishing myself.
The EMDR was amazing. it really was. It helped me process all of the memories and the emotions around the rape.
I wished that I could forget about it and “be more like a normal person” but Natasha was honest and told me that would be unlikely. She helped me see myself as a survivor. I never imagined it but now I can say I am no longer broken from the rape but made stronger.
Of course I still have some nightmares and I think I will always be guarded around people but I can live with that.
If you are out there and struggling with trauma, please, please seek help. You don’t have to be ashamed or worried.
Thank you Natasha, for all of your help, you literally saved my life.
