I’M HERE TO HELP

I’m a highly qualified therapist, but I love to work with people on a very human, personal level. So you won’t get head in the clouds, mumbo jumbo with me. What I can promise you is proven strategies and clear action points delivered in an open and honest way. Oh, and we can have a little fun to. Trust me.

And because I use a combination of techniques, we can work through anything from panic attacks, stress, burnout, overwhelm and trauma to fears, phobias, insomnia and confidence for exams, interviews or presentations. I understand the specific problems that come with having what seems like a great life on the outside but struggling underneath with feeling on edge, worrying or having anxiety around your health, or even social situations.

This process is all about you. And I understand you might be struggling with what to do, or where to turn and if you’re overwhelmed or overthinking then it can be easy to feel confused as to who’s the best person for you.

That’s why I always start with a free connection session. It gives us a chance to see if we can work together and explore whether my services could help you.

It’s so important to find the right therapy with someone you connect with. That’s why there’s no pressure and no commitment, it’s just a chance to see if we click and work out the best type of approach, or combination for your individual needs and situation.

We’ll speak either on the phone or on Zoom, or Skype for around 30-45 minutes. That gives us plenty of time to discuss what’s been happening for you and get started with an action plan. 

After we’ve worked out we’re a good fit, and what the best therapy, or combination of therapies is for you we’ll get cracking. 

It’s time to put a stop to that feeling of fighting a battle with your own mind, and instead find the clarity of focus, and enjoy the burst of energy that comes with a refreshed mind. So you can go from covering things up, or sticking a plaster on the problem to understanding it and using practical tools and techniques to get back to enjoying all that you have in your life.
