YOUR LIFE, YOUR WAY
And believe me, it’s exactly what you deserve. So it’s time to stop thinking ‘it will all be alright if I just try this, or do that.’
It’s time to stop getting stressed that you’re feeling stressed, because you think you should be able to cope with everything that’s going on in your life.
Because when that happens, things can so easily spiral out of control. You end up feeling constantly on edge, stressed, tense and start avoiding all the things you used to love. Your nervous system starts to feel like it’s got stuck in the on position and it’s exhausting!
if any of that sounds familiar then you’re in the right place!
I’ve helped hundreds of people like you manage negative emotions, build mental strength and create more happiness, resilience and ease in their life. To leave the guilt behind, stop hiding their struggles behind a mask and start moving forwards. To feel like their life has just begun.
“Natasha just radiates calm.
When I first came to see her I felt so safe, and as though someone really wanted to hear me and understand me. I spent most of the first session crying, I’m afraid. In the second and third session I became more comfortable and we were able to laugh together. By the sixth session I’d managed to change so many things that I had been struggling with previously. If you have an opportunity to work with Natasha, take it! You can be in a totally different space mentally in just a few months''
I CAN’T WAIT TO HELP YOU FEEL CALMER, HAPPIER AND MORE IN CONTROL AND ABOVE ALL LIVE YOUR LIFE, YOUR WAY.
MY JOURNEY
I started my journey as a mental health nurse in 2003 working in a number of settings with those struggling with mental health difficulties. Since then I’ve trained in a number of specialisms, with some of the most well respected people in their field.
In 2011 I trained as a psychotherapist helping hundreds of people manage anxiety, depression, stress and burnout. Not longer after that I completed my Masters Degree in psychological trauma, training under the world-recognised Professor Stephen Jones, and receiving a distinction for my dissertation.
That led me to working with survivors of some of the most extreme forms of trauma including torture, sexual abuse and war crimes at the UK centre for trauma resilience and growth where I help people manage their physical and emotional symptoms of anxiety and trauma. Here I was mentored by world renowned expert Professor Stephen Regel OBE.
Following this I was privileged enough to add to my skill set by training in Eye Movement De-sensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) with Dr Michael Patterson OBE. EMDR has since become a core part of my practice with most clients opting to have EMDR form at least part of their treatment plan.
Whilst my background has always been in more traditional talking therapies I have always had a personal interest in alternative therapies. On the back of this, I trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) developed by world-renowned celebrity therapist Marissa Peer. I have since moved away from offering RTT as a stand-alone therapy but all of my clients benefit from the skills I have learned on my RTT journey.
For the last two years, I have been personally been benefiting from and developing my therapeutic skills through Internal Family Systems (IFS). This year I have been lucky enough to train as an ISF therapist and can now officially offer this powerful modality to my clients. IFS is a non-pathologizing, compassionate, spiritual, and deeply respectful modality that allows us to heal from the past and develop self-leadership in our lives. For me and most of my clients, self-leadership means moving away from the idea that we are something to be fixed and moving away from fighting a battle with our own minds. It’s about bringing more calm, confidence, compassion, and connectedness to our lives.
The result is now a series of offerings for people at different stages of their recovery.
It’s fair to say I’ve seen a lot. That means I’m pretty unshockable, so I would never want you to hold back, and anything you tell me will be in complete confidence. The more I know, the better I can use all of my experience and expertise to create tailored plans based on your individual needs, ensuring that I can help you in a way that works for you.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY
When I first came to see Natasha, I was very pessimistic about whether anyone could make a difference to my situation.
I was at rock bottom. I wasn’t in control of myself and scared of what was happening to me. I want to say an enormous thank you to Natasha from the bottom of my heart. I can’t believe that one year on I would be feeling the way I do. One of my problems was feeling anxious about leaving the safety of my home and last month I went to Tuscany with my family. This was something I never thought I would be able to do. Thank you for that. I have also taken to volunteer projects that involve people with learning disabilities and young people who have found themselves becoming young offenders. I am loving giving something back. I have learnt so much about myself and generally feel happy with who I am now and without your help and support I don’t think I would have here. Please carry on doing such a good job. You are very much appreciated.
I came to see Natasha when I began struggling to manage anxious and panicky thoughts and feelings.
Through our sessions, Natasha had helped me to work through noticing my thoughts and my reactions to these thoughts, helping me to not let anxiety rule my life. Natasha has been great and has really helped me work on myself and build up my confidence and self-acceptance, discovering more about the root of my anxiety, amongst other things. Natasha offers a friendly and comforting approach, and I cannot recommend her enough as a therapist.
Natasha has really helped me find practical ways to address the mental barriers that were holding me back.
She was always very sincere and easy to talk to with a great ability to identify the key issue, even when I felt like I was waffling and not really sure what point I was trying to make! I found the simple exercises to take away a great help and they made me keep progressing between sessions and have enabled me to work through issues following our sessions. If it’s practical help and support, you are looking for then I can highly recommend CBT with Natasha.

I would definitely recommend CBT with Natasha
had been struggling with a general sense of anxiety for some time. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it as I had nothing to be anxious about really, but I found myself getting caught up in anxious thought spirals. I was starting to worry all of the time and it was getting me down. I wasn’t sure if I needed therapy but after I spoke with Natasha, she gave me hope that I could change things. We did CBT and it was quite practical based. I loved the exercises and found them really easy to follow.
It has helped me start to understand why I am getting so trapped in this cycle of worry and helped me start to see some ways of getting out. I would definitely recommend CBT with Natasha
