Your subconscious is often referred to as a vault where everything we have learned and experienced is kept. And it’s those experiences which shape who we are and how you feel about life, love and yourself. That’s why we react to things a certain way.

So in a nutshell, the way it works is we’ll access the memory and recall of your subconscious mind to pinpoint the beliefs that holds you back, and keeps your anxiety going. They will have been formed a long time ago but once identified, we will focus on replacing them with new empowering thoughts, images and beliefs.

It’s called Rapid Transformation Therapy for a reason. It works fast. Which is great if you’ve been struggling to create positive, lasting changes in your life.

But it’s not always instant, and I find the best results are normally achieved in cycles, which is how I tailor my packages. I offer two options designed to help you get the results you want.

33 DAY ANXIETY FREEDOM RTT PACKAGE


This treatment plan is designed to take you from understanding what’s going on, to discovering the root of the issue, and finding a way past it.  

It breaks down like this:

WEEK 1 – SUCCESS PLANNING

The first step of the treatment. We start off with a success planning session. We’ll get together and work out what’s been happening. We can look out how you’re feeling, discuss what the problem is, and agree a plan together. 

That means goal setting, plus questionnaires, workbooks and any book recommendations that I think might help. I’ll also send you a relaxation audio file to help you clear your mind.

WEEK 2 – RTT TREATMENT

After working out a plan, we’ll complete your full RTT session to tackle the root cause of whatever you’re facing in your subconscious mind.

To ensure you get the best results the treatment is tailored to exactly what you need and  you’ll also receive a personalised audio, which you need to listen to every day for 21 days.

WEEK 3-5 – TAILORED COACHING

After the RTT session I always believe that it’s important to check in and work through anything that we cover in that initial treatment. Everyone is different so I love to be there for my clients to help you process the results and continue moving forwards.

That’s why we’ll have 3 follow up sessions across these weeks to ensure you’re in the best position to enjoy the life you want.

8 WEEK ANXIETY FREEDOM RTT PACKAGE


This package is perfect for anyone with deeper issues which are holding them back. The initial journey is the same as the 33 day option, but if you decide to go for this treatment plan, we’ll cover a second RTT session in week six and more coaching sessions after that.

WEEK 1 – SUCCESS PLANNING

In your success planning session we’ll get together and work out what’s been happening, how it’s making you feel and agree a plan together. 

We’ll set goals, and I’ll have some questionnaires, workbooks and book recommendations for you. You also get a relaxation audio file to deliver some immediate relief.

WEEK 2 – RTT TREATMENT
Following our success planning session, you’ll have your first RTT session in Week 2. We’ll tackle the root cause of whatever you’re facing in your subconscious mind and after the session you’ll get a personalised audio, which you need to listen to everyday for 21 days.

WEEK 3-5 – TAILORED COACHING SESSIONS

I’m very passionate about delivering personalised treatment and care so we’ll check in with 2 follow up sessions across these weeks to ensure you’re in the best position to move forwards.

WEEK 6 – RTT TREATMENT SESSION 2

After a short break with our coaching sessions we’ll complete your second RTT session. This will be focussed on tackling the root cause once again, and any other problems which may have surfaced throughout the process. 

After the session I’ll follow up with another personalised audio, which you need to listen to every day.

WEEK 7-8 – TAILORED COACHING SESSIONS

In the final few weeks of the plan, we’ll have two more sessions to focus on the best way to help you use your results and get back to living the life you’ve always wanted.

Outside of our sessions, I’m here for you. That means you get access to a whole range of resources, and of course, ME.

You will have access to all of my self help materials, worksheets, handouts and workbooks if needed and I’ll also make book recommendations for you if we think that specific ideas or reading could help. I’m always on top of the key books around anxiety and trauma so I’ll point you in the right direction based on what we discuss. Much better than scrolling Amazon for hours on end and reading endless reviews, right?

Finally, you’ve got my unwavering belief and faith in you. So if a problem crops up or you just want to ask a quick question, shoot me over an email and I’ll do my best to answer within 24 hours.

I’m on your team but I will also always be absolutely honest with you. 

So if you want something that can’t be done can’t be achieved or might take longer than our time together, I will tell you. If you’re doing things that are not helping or contributing to your recovery I will let you know. Because if we want to create change that lasts, we have to be honest with ourselves and each other. 

I’m dedicated to making sure you get the outcomes you want, which is why I don’t take on endless clients to fill the books. 

I only work with people that I know I can help and that I know have the ability to make changes.
