The Transform 30 Package

The Transform 30 package is an 4 week (30 day) package that brings together my unique formula of conscious and subconscious therapies. After 15+ years in the behavioural change industry I have been able to see what works, what doesn’t and combine the best of what does. In this 4 week package, we combine rapid transformational therapy to heal the root cause and then rewire and reprogram your mind with coaching and traditional therapy. WEEK 1 – SUCCESS PLANNING
In your success planning session we’ll get together and work out what’s been happening, how it’s making you feel and agree a plan together.

We’ll set goals, and I’ll have some questionnaires, workbooks, and book recommendations for you. You also get a relaxation audio file to deliver some immediate relief.

WEEK 2 – RTT TREATMENT
Following our success planning session, you’ll have your first RTT session in Week 2. During this session, We’ll heal the root cause of whatever you’re facing. This can be deep but also very freeing. The full RTT session takes around 2.5-3 hours so you will need to book out a whole half day.

AFTER THE RTT SESSION
You’ll get a personalised audio, which you need to listen to every day for the next 21 days. now that we have healed the root cause this audio will start the process of rewiring your old subconscious patterns and changing your daily habits. It takes a little time to imprint a new status quo in your mind so make sure you listen to it every day.

WEEK 3 SIT BACK, RELAX AND LET THE RTT DO IT’S WORK.
This week is all about you letting the RTT do it’s work and allowing your new subconscious programmes to take hold. Whilst your brain re-organises itself I’ll be on hand to offer text or email support.

Week 4- ACCOUNTABILITY FUTURE PLANNING
Our final session in week 4 is when we set you up for success with a plan for maintaining new habits and ways of being for the future. Expect to come away with a clear idea of what you need to do to stay on the road to feeling good.

I’m always on top of the key books around anxiety and trauma so I’ll point you in the right direction based on what we discuss. FAQ's


Does it work?

Absolutely. I have helped hundreds of people heal their anxiety and trauma with my unique combination of coaching, conscious therapy and RTT. It does, however require a lot of work on your part. You have to be ready to make a change and be willing to push yourself outside of your comfort zone. I only work with people who I know I can help. If I don’t think it will work for you I will tell you at our first meeting and suggest an alternative.

What’s included in transform 30?

Transform 30 is a 4-week programme (30 days) that includes a mixture of conscious work which includes talking, setting goals, and figuring our problems. Alongside a deep RTT session where we heal the root cause of your difficulties and update your subconscious programs.

Is RTT hypnotherapy?

Yes, there is an aspect of RTT that includes hypnosis. RTT combines all of the best bits of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

What ages do you work with?

13 years to 99 years. It’s important to note that no matter the age it must be the CLIENT’S highest priority that is addressed in a session. To work with me it must be your own decision and not one made by a parent or loved one.

What happens during an RTT session?

I start by putting you into a very relaxed state of hypnosis. You are always in control and you will remember everything afterwards. In this relaxed state with access to your subconscious mind, we revisit scenes from your life which have everything to do with where your deeper beliefs (which are driving your current symptoms) stemmed from.

If you have experienced a traumatic incident, we may go back to this memory but this is not always the case. If you have a history of trauma during our initial session I explain in detail how we will keep you feeling safe and supported during the session

Looking at these scenes with your adult eyes, you can give new meaning to them and remove any unhelpful beliefs that you may have formed as a child. After looking over three or four scenes from your life and working together to understand their meaning for you, I then give your mind suggestions, upgrading you with new helpful, supportive beliefs that are in line with what you want for yourself and your life. You then receive a recording which you listen to for at least 21 days.

The mind learns by repetition and by hearing these suggestions every day you are programming yourself to be, do and act differently.

When will I start to see changes?

There are three types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – every person is different:

  1. Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session.
  2. Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
  3. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

You may experience a combination of the three.
